30km safety requirement

Dress for the forest.

The Ultimate Trail may pass through dense vegetation, deep bushes, thorny sections, and uneven natural terrain. Every 30km participant must wear:

  • Mandatory trail-running shoes with dependable grip.
  • Full-coverage clothing covering the arms and legs.

These requirements help reduce the risk of slips, scratches, cuts, and contact with thorny vegetation. Participants arriving without the mandatory gear may not be permitted to start the 30km category.
